Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and since coffee is considered perishable goods returning coffee is not allowed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

All Sales Are Final

we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product or size

  • Not liking the taste

Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.


 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We only offer refunds or replacements for orders that:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Contain incorrect items

  • Are lost in transit

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cremadelacremahelp@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  3. A description of the issue
