Ingredients

Base

  • 1 thin slice of pineapple

  • Single shot americano

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ tablespoon sugar

  • Coconut water ice cubes

Coconut Cream Layer

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tablespoons whole milk

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

  • ½ oz coconut syrup

Garnish

  • Pineapple slice for the rim


Instructions

1. Prep the Glass

Smash a thin slice of pineapple at the bottom of your serving glass. This releases the fresh tropical aroma and adds a natural sweetness.

2. Make the Espresso Mix

In a coffee shaker or mixer, combine:

  • A single shot americano

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ tablespoon sugar

Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds until chilled and slightly frothy.

3. Build the Drink

Pour the shaken espresso mixture into the glass over the crushed pineapple.
Add a handful of coconut water ice cubes for a clean, refreshing flavor.

4. Create the Coconut Cream Layer

In a separate cup, mix together:
